Free Massages
A few of our reservations come with a free 50-minute Swedish massage. Note that you can always pay for more massages or for upgrades to your free massage. The current rate for a 50-minute massage is around $120 US.
The number-one question we get from clients is can we trade our free golfs for free massages? Unfortunately the answer is no, it can't be done.
Two-for-One Massages
Most of our of clients now get the option of purchasing 50-minute Swedish massages at the rate of two for the price of one. If you want to do that, make sure you call the spa a few weeks before your vacation to make your spa reservations as the spas are often very busy.
People ask if you can get two massages for your free one using this amenity. No you can't, that's not how it works.

The Spas at Vidanta
There are one or two types of spas for getting your massages at the Vidanta resorts:

the Brio spa, usually at the Grand Mayan, at all resorts except Matzatlan

the Spatium* at the Grand Luxxes at Nuevo Vallarta or Riviera Maya
Both offer large hot tubs plus all sorts of beauty treatments ($$) in addition to massages. These are available to all resort visitors.
*Wikipedia defines spatium as the Latin word for space. In particular it is a medical term for a body cavity.
